Everyone has seen the “video tours” that most companies online offer, and the overwhelming majority of these ‘videos’ are simply pictures that are thrown in a show, panned and zoomed to give somewhat of a video tour impression. The problem with this is that it is not much more than what your MLS shows, and these companies charge upwards of $30-$40 a property for these.

Why, you ask? Because they can, because the average real estate agent does not know any better. But what if there was a better way?
