Agents

We are openly seeking new agents to represent buyers and sellers of residential real estate, commercial real estate, land sales, and development. Experience is not necessary, but agents must possess the following minimums:

• Mississippi Real Estate license
• A desire to learn
• Great attitude
• Good work ethic
• Comfortable workspace – Tech Realty gives agents all the tools and training they need to be able to conduct a mobile/home business

Recruiters

Part of growing any business is having great people. We are currently looking for recruiters to bring on new agents that fit the above criteria. Recruiters must possess an active Mississippi Real Estate license. Pay is a percentage of recruited agents’ production. Active agents are encouraged to participate in our recruiting program.

REO Specialist

We are looking for one quality agent, or a team, that has experience working the REO market. Minimum of 1 year experience working with asset managers and completing Broker Price Opinions a must. Competitive splits and competitive advantage working with a technology savvy company. Must have active Mississippi Real Estate license.

Leasing Specialist & Property Manager

Numerous requests for property management and assistance finding rental homes on the coast have been forwarded to other property managers. We are looking for someone to grow our property management service from the ground up and will assist with the development of plan and marketing for such.  Must have active Mississippi Real Estate license, be extremely organized, and have a minimum of 1 year property management experience (two years experience preferred).
