Systematic Commission Schedules

At Tech Realty, your commission structure is calculated based on total production from closing date to one year prior. For active agents, this means you can obtain your higher split and never lose it as long as you continue to produce!
Profit Sharing
We have an outstanding profit sharing plan. Since our agents are effectively who build the company, we feel they too should be the ones to reap the rewards of success – we do this by providing profit sharing to our agents as an additional income source.
