Damion Flynn, Broker

Prior to his real estate career, Damion Flynn, Broker and Owner of Tech Realty, was a computer consultant specializing in online marketing and internet business consulting. Damion has held executive positions in several online businesses and knows what it takes to succeed both in business and online.

As a real estate broker, Damion holds his GRI, ABR, and e-PRO designations. Originally licensed as an agent in 2003, it took him less than 2 years to obtain his broker’s license and open up his own company. While things have changed over the years, Damion decided to open up Tech Realty and stay true to his background, utilizing technology in his business and teaching others to do the same.

Damion runs numerous local websites which also function as catalysts to get his real estate clients’ properties showcased to potential buyers. He also runs the #1 Real Estate Blog on the MS Coast which showcases homes and communities across the coast.

Damion just started looking at recruiting in late April 2011 because he did not feel that he had sufficient tools to offer agents that were easily learned prior. With recently developed tools, Damion hopes to build his presence locally with key agents wanting to learn and grow their business, and eventually franchise Tech Realty into a national brand.
